About the Role:- Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Monitor system performance and ensure IT security compliance.
