Job Overview:

As a Corporate Secretary (Bilingual), you will be responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to our lawyers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, emails, faxes, and post on behalf of assigned lawyers
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for lawyers
  • Prepare and type reports, letters, and other documentation as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fluent English and Arabic language skills
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
