Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Research in NLP: Conduct research in NLP to improve the performance of LLMs and develop new AI solutions.
  • Develop New AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy new AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs.
  • Improve AI Reasoning: Enhance LLM contextual understanding for complex task execution, error handling, and human-like decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, and AI researchers to integrate LLM advancements into Qube's automation workflows.
  • Publish Research Papers: Publish research papers on NLP and AI-related topics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong background in NLP, machine learning, and AI, with experience in LLMs, transformers, and deep learning architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain, and fine-tuning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience deploying models with API endpoints.
