Position Overview:

The Facilities Refinisher will be responsible for refinishing and repairing facilities and fixtures. This includes applying finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture.

Main Duties:

  • Refinish and repair facilities and fixtures.
  • Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using various techniques and tools.
  • Remove old finishes using stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or water and/or abrasive blasting.
