The National Petroleum Construction Company Limited is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all documents received and issued.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for document control processes.
- Maintain project databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate the classification, sorting, filing, and archiving of documents.
- Prepare transmittals and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform backup and maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least two years of college education or equivalent experience.
- Formal training in computer applications or equivalent years of experience.
- Two to four years of experience working in document control or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
