Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a content strategy, creating high-quality content for various channels, editing and proofreading content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and optimizing content for search engines and user experience.

You will also design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals, applying adult learning theories and instructional design models.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Instructional Design certification(s) or equivalent
  • Experience developing templates and style guides
  • Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices
