About this Role
The Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Business Development Managers from the LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team members to create a high-performing sales team.
- Drive new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- A strong background in computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM Systems.
- An authoritative communicator and negotiator with staff at all levels.
- Presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders.
