Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver in-depth analysis reports to highlight areas of improvement and recommend strategic actions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Lead and maintain ISO certification for Process Engineering to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Review and validate all engineering deliverables prepared by EPC contractors to ensure alignment with process and control standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of systems and equipment design to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide on-site process engineering consultation during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages of projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as Technical Authority for process discipline engineering, providing expert guidance and mediation in technical disputes between stakeholders.
  • Develop and authorize key documents, including philosophies, policies, and design basis, to ensure consistency and efficacy across all project works.
  • Support the development and review of process engineering standards, codes of practice, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with prevailing legislation and current best practices.
  • Identify, investigate, and recommend new technical innovations and enhancements to improve delivery of business objectives.
  • Ensure process engineering representation and expertise is available to support HSE-driven studies and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role working in the oil and gas industry.
