Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including booking vendor invoices, contributing to vendor analysis, and following up on supplier open advances.
  • General Ledger Accruals: Post general ledger accruals and provisions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Periodic Reconciliations: Reconcile supplier accounts on a periodic basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or higher degree with 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
  • Experience: Professional experience in financial accounting, accounts reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Skills: Good command of English language, knowledge of MS Office, and ERP - SAP knowledge/experience.
