Job Summary

The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a critical role in driving business growth and success at Jobot. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will lead the development and implementation of financial models, strategies, and directives to ensure organizational financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure budgets are aligned with business objectives and are being adhered to
  • Develop and implement scenario planning and risk assessment processes to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement key performance indicator (KPI) development, reporting, and variance analysis processes to drive business improvement
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to the board and executive team to inform strategic decision-making
  • Optimize workflows and implement automation processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the FP&A team
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals
  • Support operations with cost, labor, and wage rate management to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement reporting and calculation processes for bonuses, commissions, and other incentives
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support for mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and reporting
  • Experience with Oracle financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the property management industry
  • Experience in sales-based organizations
  • Experience with Salesforce
