Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architectural Plan Review: Review architectural plans to identify quantity needs and prepare BOQ for Steel Doors and Ironmongery.
  2. Material Cost Estimation: Price and forecast the cost of materials essential for Steel Doors and Ironmongery in line with Fire and Building Standards.
  3. Steel Door Estimation: Estimate and price Steel Doors in line with Civil Defense Requirements based on location.
  4. Ironmongery Selection: Propose suitable ironmongery for Steel Doors and Wooden Doors based on door location.
  5. Schedule Preparation: Prepare Door and Ironmongery Schedule from architectural floor plans in accordance with project specifications.
  6. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for Fire Door projects based on specifications and drawings.
  7. Risk Analysis: Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  9. BOQ Generation: Generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
