Job DescriptionAs a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager at Leantech, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our enterprise risk management strategy and framework. This includes leading risk assessment, prevention, and mitigation processes across all departments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, and advising senior management on potential risks and recommending actions for mitigation.
You'll work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed, fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization through targeted training and communication, and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls.
We're looking for a highly experienced risk manager with expert knowledge of risk management frameworks applicable to financial services companies in the UAE, and experience managing internal risk assessments and audits, as well as regulatory inspections and audits.
