Key Tasks:

  • Respond to customer reviews, industry forums, and online reputation management.
  • Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and maintain social media schedules.

  • Compile and analyze key social media metrics to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Positive attitude, cooperative spirit, and customer orientation
  • 13 years' experience in social media or related field
  • Photography, editing, and videography experience required
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, well-developed organization skills
  • Satisfactory knowledge of web design, web development, conversion optimization, and SEO
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and change of direction
