About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director at Richemont, you will be responsible for leading the performance, profitability, and development of our external boutiques and POS network across Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with the Commercial director to develop the annual and mid-term strategy in the region and actively participate in the Business Plan process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting accurately annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
  • Monitoring each client's account/market under responsibility and ensuring monthly turnover is achieved
  • Responsible for monthly product allocation, replenishment, and reporting regular benchmark with competition and market share per boutique
  • Implementing the maison retail guidelines and tools defined by HQ in all boutiques
