Job Overview

Sharjah Islamic Bank is seeking an experienced T24 and LOS Application Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our operation team for the T24 Core Banking system & Finnone LOS application.

This includes managing changes by ensuring that problem management and change management procedures are adhered to and problems are tracked to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the Core Banking System together with the related channels are available to business units and customers on a 24/7 basis.
  • Managing system errors to minimize downtime and provide support for COB issues on production Core Banking Application.
  • Tracking and resolving assigned incidents on a daily basis and documenting issues requiring support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in working with FinnOne LOS application.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and issue rectification in the system.
  • Experience in Oracle SQL- PL/SQL, Unix, Windows, Java, IBM WAS, MQ, and related technologies.
