In this exciting role, the Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement activities, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This includes developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to support the fund's operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy encompassing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers across diverse indirect categories (real estate, administration, fit-out, IT, etc.).
• Driving cost savings through strategic sourcing, expert negotiation, and meticulous vendor management. Developing and implementing cost-reduction initiatives, continuously optimizing procurement processes.
• Implementing and maintaining procurement software systems to streamline the purchasing process, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments. Clearly communicating procurement policies and procedures, ensuring adherence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will also require a deep understanding of indirect procurement categories, including real estate, administration, fit-outs, and IT etc. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for procurement, we encourage you to apply.
