Job Description

The Junior Contract Administrator will support the physical movement, custody and contractual obligations concerning the metal traded including the commodity supply chain to execute tasks with customers, logistics companies, and warehousers to ensure the timely and cost-efficient execution of physical metals trades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking invoices for deliveries into our in-house system to record the purchase or sales.
  • Checking freight/storage/inspection invoices received from different 3rd party companies and preparing them for payment based on traffic inputs.
  • Booking of and following up on deliveries with different freight forwarders.
  • Develop and maintain high quality customer service relationships with various counterparties including producers, consumers, and service providers in a manner which creates operational synergies across the supply chain.
  • Proactively monitor contractual documentation, such as purchase/sales orders invoices, shipping and title documents to ensure contractual obligations are met and realized in an accurate, timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Various other admin tasks on regular or ad hoc bases as needed by the operations team.
