Job Title: Engineering Project Director

Description: This senior-level position leads a team of engineers and designers in delivering process engineering projects for CH2M HILL Careers.

About the Role:

  • Direct and manage a team of engineers and designers to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members, project managers, and clients;
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve team productivity and efficiency;
  • Recommend and implement best practices and new technologies to enhance project outcomes;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff to support their career growth and development;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Project Reports: Provide regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budgets;
  2. Process Designs: Develop and deliver process designs that meet client requirements and industry standards;
  3. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical expertise of team members;
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance of all process engineering deliverables, including designs, reports, and presentations;
  5. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
