Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining organized records. This role requires fluency in English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including processing bills, scanning documents, and maintaining records.
  2. Perform fieldwork, such as visiting banks, collecting vendor cheques, and handling cash withdrawals.
  3. Classify, sort, and file documents properly.
  4. Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements and supporting credit card reconciliations.
  5. Maintain prepaid expenses records and process utility payments.
  6. Keep track of cheque due dates and bank records.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, administration, data entry, and MS Office.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
