  • Develop and implement energy conservation standards and programs
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to develop and implement maintenance strategies
  • Supervise and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels
  • Proven track record of being a trusted and collaborative partner of the business
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be presentable
  • Passion for quality service and commitment to excellence
