Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and setting tables with impeccable attention to detail, using seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Welcome and seat customers promptly, serving water or refilling glasses as needed, and delivering beverages from the bartender with a smile.
  • Maintain clean and present menus for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enhanced by our attention to detail.
  • Stock wait staff serving stations with necessary supplies, including napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, while assisting them with all aspects of service.
  • Efficiently clear tables and prepare them for the next group of customers, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks, contributing to a smooth operation of the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
  • Thoroughly clean food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing and putting them away in a sanitized manner.
  • Support the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Transport used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section with ease and efficiency.
