The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's payroll products, business models, payroll architecture, and global operations supporting the end-to-end Payroll function and supporting processes, with experience in prioritizing projects that best contribute to accomplishing shared leadership goals with Payroll Operations and partner teams.
Responsibilities:- Define Priorities: Accountable for defining, reporting, and orchestrating decision-making to deliver Payroll portfolio and priorities at global level.
- Develop Techniques: Develop qualitative and quantitative techniques such as ranking models and scoring methods to make project prioritization decisions.
- Communicate Effectively: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are triaged through a single intake and portfolio management process.
