Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Supervisor to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing the IT sector of our operations to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the IT Manager and Assistant IT Manager in managing the IT sector of the operation.
  • Execute assigned tasks independently and with the necessary confidentiality demanded for this position.
  • Administer the entire system and follow up on hard and software problems.
  • Instruct users on new applications and introduce newcomers to the system.
  • Assign, change, or delete access codes and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Assist guests in solving internet-related issues.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT department at a 5-star hotel.
