Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications in encryption technologies, data security or cloud computing are highly desirable.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong emphasis on secure data practices and performance optimization. Past experience in data analysis and reporting is essential.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in architecting secure data environments, with hands-on experience in zero-trust security models and advanced encryption standards like MLS.
  • Regulations Experience: Good understanding of one or more data privacy regulations relevant to Vietnam (Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP), Thailand (PDPA), and Singapore (PDPA).
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing data teams, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in implementing data analysis and reporting strategies earlier in your career. A track record in mentoring and leading teams to deliver actionable data-driven insights is essential.
