  • Optimize collateral utilization to minimize funding costs and liquidity risks.
  • Oversee valuation, margining, and reconciliation processes, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with custodians and financial institutions on collateral segregation and safekeeping.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and align collateral management strategies with business and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • FRM or PRM certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services or similar sector, with 4+ years in managerial roles.
  • Expertise in collateral management, margin requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
