Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and brand awareness across our social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that showcases Sephora's brand voice and aesthetic across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and e-commerce, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
  • Manage and moderate social media communities, responding to comments, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Beauty Pass team and e-commerce to manage customer complaints and ensure positive sentiment on Sephora's social media pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.
  • Support the Social Media Manager on paid campaigns, reviewing plans, curating assets, and creating captions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating POs, invoices, and supplier information.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar social media or digital content role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics to inform content strategy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
