Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to all clients, whether they are end-users or travel agencies.
  • Guide clients through the booking process on our platform, ensuring a smooth transition to payment.
  • Recommend suitable travel options that align with client preferences.
  • Monitor reservations, execute operations on all bookings, and confirm services.
  • Secure payments prior to finalizing reservations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry.
  • Possess knowledge of travel software and GDS (Amadeus) is essential.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Address client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Promote holiday packages to destinations outside the Emirates, including services like airline tickets, airport transfers, tours, travel insurance, and general travel information.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.
  • Demonstrated experience in the travel and tourism sector, particularly in arranging outbound travel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
