Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Collaborate in the implementation of the strategic direction for Markets.
- Resource Management: Assist in overseeing resources and the workplan for the Markets division.
- Leadership Support: Provide support to the Director in leading the Markets team, contributing to authorization and supervision functions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in Markets practices to ensure ADGM's leadership in market infrastructure and virtual asset developments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with ADGM, regional and international market participants, and other key stakeholders.
- Licensing and Supervision: Oversee the licensing and supervision of Recognised Investment Exchanges, Recognised Clearing Houses, MTFs, OTFs, Remote Bodies, and Remote Members.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise the Director on their implications for Markets functions.
- Policy Oversight: Support the Director in monitoring changes to policies and regulations within the team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in the markets industry.
- Business Development Collaboration: Work with the ADGM Business Development team to identify target entities and engage early with potential participants.
