Job Description
Najma Human Resources and Training Consultancy seeks an experienced Trainer and Instructor Expert to join our training team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training to clients across various industries, and assisting in the development of new training programs and courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive first aid training sessions to clients in-person or online.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop training materials and resources.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Nursing Degree preferred).
  2. Certification as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from a recognized organization.
  3. Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering first aid training, with at least 2 years' experience in UAE.
  4. Strong knowledge of first aid principles, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.
