Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, focusing on system optimization and service enhancement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various organizational units to identify business needs and develop new systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and analyze data to inform system design.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Lead the analysis of current processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
  • Digital Service Enablement: Support the simplification and digital transformation of internal services, ensuring alignment with our digital strategy and compliance with approved standards.
  • Technical Evaluation & Advisory: Assess existing technologies and provide technical recommendations to upgrade or replace systems in line with operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
