Role Summary

Aldar Group is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the various stakeholder teams and executive management to achieve retail leasing NOI targets, negotiating lease agreements with retailers, and supporting the Retail Asset management team in valuation assumptions related to new projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the various stakeholder teams and executive management to achieve retail leasing NOI targets.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with retailers.
  • Support the Retail Asset management team in valuation assumptions related to new projects.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Urban Estate Management, Business Administration, ICSC or equivalent.
  2. Min of 10+ years of related experience in Retail Leasing.
  3. Min of 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial position heading a division/department.

Techincal and Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the total gamut of the international retail brands and exceptional relationship with the decision makers of the major retail groups/brand holders/Executives in the Middle East.
