About the Company
We are a fast-paced company looking for a talented Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy for the ME region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and executing sales end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Crossmint's growth strategy for the ME region.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and start-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
- Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.
- Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Execute growth-hacks and local marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness.
- Be a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clients.
- Be Crossmint's representative in the region. Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing...) to achieve your sales goals and translate regional feedback.
