At Wood, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Onshore Pipeline Designer to join our team. As a key member of our pipeline design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pipeline design solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development
- Develop pipeline routing, alignment sheets, crossing drawings, station approach drawings, and construction drawings using industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and as-built drawings.
- Review drawings prepared by pipeline designers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Review inter-discipline deliverables such as 3D models, plot plans, piping GA drawings, cable layouts, foundation layout, etc.
- Proficient in working on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office software.
Requirements
- Expertise in pipeline design principles, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
