Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of offline events, including conferences, meetups, and workshops, both regionally and globally.
  • Developing innovative event concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Managing all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Measuring and reporting on event performance against established KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in planning and executing successful offline events within the cryptocurrency industry, specifically for top 20 ranked crypto exchanges.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, regulatory landscape, and key players.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
