We are seeking a skilled Barista Trainee to join our team. As a Barista Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in preparing high-quality beverages, including espresso extraction and latte art.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting experienced Baristas, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have knowledge of Arabic as an advantage.

In this dynamic and creative work environment, you will have access to professional training and development opportunities. With performance-based progression, you can advance to become a skilled Barista within six to nine months.
