Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education & Training Officer to join our team at Skills Hub Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement high-quality training programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials and resources that cater to the needs of our clients.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring that all participants achieve the desired learning outcomes.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare training and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare institutions and organizations to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant performance.
- Feedback and Support: Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certifications: Valid BLS certification and instructor credentials.
- Certified Educator: Certified CME educator with recognized accreditation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare training and education.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of current BLS guidelines and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- License: Valid healthcare license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Curriculum Development: Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- E-Learning: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- UAE Experience: Previous experience working in the UAE healthcare system.
