Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled Blowing Machinery Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting blowing machines, 40-bar air compressors, and pneumatic circuits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electricity for safe machine operation, as well as knowledge of beverage production lines.

Job Summary

The Blowing Machinery Specialist will be responsible for providing maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting for all types of machines on beverage lines. This includes directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and extend equipment life. Additionally, the specialist will identify spare parts requirements for blowing machines and possess basic knowledge of maintenance budget costs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and troubleshoot blowing machines, 40-bar air compressors, and pneumatic circuits.
  2. Direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  3. Identify spare parts requirements for blowing machines.
  4. Possess basic knowledge of maintenance budget costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to refer manuals/catalogs.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
