About Our Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Manager to join our MENA marketplace team. In this critical role, you'll convert data into actionable business insights, leveraging various data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely and meaningful information.

You'll ensure data quality and build scalable tools, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. This position requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for delivering actionable business insights.

We're looking for a candidate who excels in communication, is self-motivated, adaptable, and possesses strong prioritization abilities. Experience working closely with business teams is preferred, as this role combines business analytics with strategic thought partnership alongside the category leader.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain breadth and depth of experience, preparing you to rotate into other roles across Amazon and become one of its future leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
  2. Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
  3. Maintaining ongoing category reviews by establishing tracking mechanisms and recommending growth strategies.
  4. Defining growth opportunities and collaborating with the Category Leader and account managers to drive business strategy and maximize Selling partners' success.
