Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development, management, and execution of strategic and tactical account management practices for our Top-20 strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Lead all business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing client relationships.
- Mentor and manage sales teams to achieve their revenue targets.
- Engage with senior technology and business executives to drive and execute farming/mining strategies for accounts (client service plans, relationship maps, client feedback).
- Understand firm services and service line offerings and applicability to accounts. Facilitate opportunity and proposal management activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement while maintaining deal profitability.
Qualifications:
- Prior client services experience in banking and financial services industry.
- Understanding of Payments landscape within banking, including industry trends, key competition, and technology evolution.
- Experience managing P/L for large Banking clients, with a history of consistent QoQ revenue and margin growth.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with CXO level leadership.
- Experience selling large project deals and working in onsite/offshore models. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and influence decision making across executive and operational levels on IT and Business sides.
