About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer-Residential to join our Design Studio at Azizi Developments LLC in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Lead the creation of design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
  • Design Documentation: Produce detailed design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Present designs, manage client feedback, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design process, manage timelines, budgets, and quality, and guide the project from concept to execution.
  • Execution & Quality Control: Monitor construction, ensure design accuracy on-site, and provide solutions for design challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field, minimum 7 years of experience, and a strong portfolio of completed projects in residential buildings/hospitality.
