About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the Utilities Team, including power, communication, security, and monitoring systems, as well as water, drainage, sewage, irrigation, gas, and chilled water service lines.
  • Monitor team performance and develop strategies for growth and technical improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment that delivers high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Manage utilities services requirements across Parsons Oman's portfolio and report to the sector infrastructure director.
Leadership and Strategy:
  • Provide strategic leadership, fostering innovation and excellence in project delivery.
