We are looking for a BIM Implementation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies and processes across various architectural, engineering, and construction projects.

In this role, you will manage and maintain BIM software tools, coordinate with internal and external teams, and perform quality control checks to ensure models are free from conflicts or errors. You will also provide training and technical support to team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices, promoting continuous improvement through knowledge sharing.

Your responsibilities will also include overseeing BIM-related project workflows, schedules, and resources, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that BIM deliverables are provided on time and within budget. Additionally, you will generate regular reports on BIM progress, clash detection results, and other related project documentation.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Your expertise in BIM tools and software, combined with your ability to collaborate with diverse teams, will be essential in driving project success.

Familiarity with BIM applications for project coordination, clash detection, and model integration, as well as proficiency in communicating complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams, are also crucial requirements.
