EnerMech's Ad-Hoc Crane Maintenance Specialist

EnerMech is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our offshore maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued operation of our offshore cranes and lifting equipment.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate 5 yearly Major Maintenance activities for all types of offshore lifting equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repair work for offshore cranes, hoists, and associated lifting gear as required.
Regular inspections of crane components will be a key part of your responsibilities, identifying potential issues and ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards. Additionally, you will implement preventive maintenance schedules, corrective actions, and performance monitoring to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating 5 yearly Major Maintenance activities for all types of offshore lifting equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair work for offshore cranes, hoists, and associated lifting gear as required.
- Conducting regular inspections of crane components, identifying potential issues and ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards.
- Implementing preventive maintenance schedules, corrective actions, and performance monitoring to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
