Responsibilities
  • Create and document best practice business and finance processes to reflect internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate existing financial reporting techniques for internal audit controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Group Finance & Business process owners to develop and implement best practice frameworks that drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Operating Countries (OpCos) to ensure the cascading of best practices through Group Finance & Business process owners.
  • Establish governance models to ensure compliance with internal audit standards and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Plan and execute internal audit projects, create recommendations, and prepare audit reports for organization stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any security breaches or incidents to the Data Control Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and financial reporting, as well as business process acumen.
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial terms to organizational stakeholders for their understanding and alignment.
