About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Program Leadership: Lead transformation programs in Customer and Billing domains to improve customer experience and billing accuracy.
  • Business Assurance Framework: Define KPIs from revenue, process, IT/network, regulatory, and customer perspectives during pre-launch and post-launch phases.
  • COTS Product Expertise: Have extensive knowledge of COTS products like Hansen, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson SOM, Nokia Flowone, Siebel or Salesforce, and other value chain products like Comviva or other billing solutions like Oracle, Kenan, or CSG.
  • System Design and Analysis: Analyze business requirements and create system designs for complete CRM/RMS solutions for residential and enterprise customers of varied sizes.
  • Program Management: Program manage CRM/Billing implementation and operations, working with varied stakeholders for business reporting and delivery/progress management.
  • Billing Architecture Expertise: Have comprehensive knowledge of billing architecture, operations, and assurance for Telcos.
  • OSS Expertise: Experience working with customers/vendors and have a good understanding of the OSS Telco product portfolio, general OSS architectural principles, processes, technology, and overall application engineering.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Telco Cloud (VNF/CNF), On Prem IT Cloud, and Public Cloud implementations and associated vendors/cloud providers.
  • Process Mapping: Good knowledge of process mapping/customer journey mapping across assurance, fulfillment, planning, and inventory and service management domains.
  • Requirements and Analysis: Proven experience in requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
  • Service Management Tools: Experience with one or more of the service management tools like BMC Remedy, network monitoring tools like Zabbix, dashboard like Grafana, BI tools for reporting, ITSM for change, problem, and incident management.
  • Alarm Handling: Experience of handling alarms from NMS/EMS systems via API notifications, SNMP, Kafka Pub/Sub, etc.
  • Service Order Orchestration: Well-versed with service order orchestration, activation, and inventory management systems.
  • Problem Solving and Communication: Demonstrate problem-solving, solution expertise, and active listening skills. Possess good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
