Job Title: Contact Centre Technology Lead
The Contact Centre Technology Lead is responsible for leading the project handling of the contact centre by raising IT requirements, designing new processes and features within the CRM and IVR channel. The incumbent will provide efficient solutions to increase productivity, First Call Resolution, and Net Promoter Score.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design new processes and features within the CRM and IVR channel
- Raise IT requirements
- Improve team productivity and reduce human errors
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum Bachelor's degree, commercial and technical qualifications, and experience required for performing the full duties of the job. A graduate with 2 years of experience within the customer service industry is preferred. General banking experience with sound operational understanding is mandatory.
