We are seeking a highly skilled IT PMO Senior Manager to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive IT PMO plans and processes to oversee, coordinate, and report on the IT program's progress and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT PMO plans and processes to ensure effective project management, release management, user acceptance testing, communications management, and user guide technical writing.
- Work closely with SGS Program Managers/Directors and Make Excellence and Project Management leads to develop Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results.
- Lead the identification, monitoring, and resolution of issues and risks in projects/programs.
- Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and technology to develop the project agenda and ensure agreement/adoption of project objectives/deliverables by all affected stakeholders.
- Identify project resource requirements and align with plan sponsors to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver project commitments.
- Analyze project performance and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Model PM professionalism, critical thinking, and setting productivity pace promoting a financial focus with emphasis on business value metrics.
- Manage internal and external resources.
Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, PMI, ITIL, PRINCE, SAP, Oracle, MS certifications are required.
Education
- A relevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, Project Management, Finance, Business/Administration, Management is preferred.
Desired Skills
- PMI Methodologies, Prince, Business Unit Processes, Best Practice and reporting, Operation & Technology, Cloud services and SW development, ERP, CRM skills are highly desired.
