  • Ensure Equitable Access to Opportunities: Ensure that all students have access to rigorous curriculum and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Provide Direct Support Services: Offer direct support services to students through structured conventions, group and individual sessions, and responsive services.
  • Evaluate Student Progress: Evaluate student progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and advocate for students' needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with parents, teachers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Assess and Analyze Data: Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the counselling program and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
