About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Expert for Radiology Information Systems. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our client's products and their supporting technologies, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving operational and implementation problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and maintenance services for our client's products and their supporting technologies, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving operational and implementation problems.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, and actively contribute to ongoing team training and mentoring programs, as well as process improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, product management, and infrastructure engineering teams, to ensure seamless integration and support of our client's products and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with the implementation and/or support of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), and/or Diagnostic Imaging Workflow Management solutions.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS-related discipline, or equivalent experience; CompTIA Security+ certification highly desired.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
