Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of cranes and lifting equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure ENERMECH remains at the forefront of crane maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts and materials.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the risk of equipment failure and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in mechanical operations or maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Mechanical diploma or equivalent (SVQ, city & guilds etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians and maintenance personnel.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Experience in repair and maintenance of cranes-related equipment and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Experience in working to schedules and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
